Elizabeth received Jesus as her Lord and Savior at the tender age of 3. Ever since, she has loved & delighted in Father God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. At age 4, she had a defining experience with God that continues to impact her life and this ministry to-date. She called out to Him and asked Him where He was. He revealed Himself in a vision, and began to heal her heart. At a young age she loved the Bible and wanted to share it with everyone. Elizabeth discovered a love for people, and a passion to pray for them to know His love, healing, and peace.
She received a bachelor’s degree in Theology in 1987. Her compelling joy and passion grew for intercession, church ministry, inner-healing, deliverance, and prayer for the hurting. Even though much of her focus for 20 years was teaching and pastoring in the Children’s and Youth Ministry, her heart for the hurting & lost led her to pray and seek the Lord’s wisdom for more answers. God's loving faithfulness in her journey of overcoming great hardships and persecution, has helped establish and season her ministry of compassion, understanding, and courageous confidence in the perfect love and goodness of God.
For decades, God prepared Elizabeth through working with other inner-healing, deliverance, intercession, and prophetic ministries. This ultimately led her to become proficient with inner-healing with His anointing to help others.
After many years of dedicated church life joyfully serving the local body, the Lord expanded her ministry to become a chaplain in the business marketplace for 3 years. He also extended her ministry to various home groups, churches, and outreach in the Pacific Northwest.
In 2010, she became an Ordained Minister with the International Fellowship of Ministries and the International Association of Healing Rooms carrying the vision of John G. Lake. In the same year, she founded her ministry Aurora Worldwide, formerly known as Stairways International, with a loving vision to reach out to communities and the world with the love of Jesus Christ. This full-time ministry offers personal inner-healing sessions, and equips many through classes/workshops, and local mentoring courses. Together with Aurora Worldwide's board of directors and intercessors, they maintain godly unity, support, and accountability to ensure that the ministry is guided by the wisdom of God’s Word and the counsel of the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 4:11-16 carries the ministry's heart to pursue freedom, healing and wholeness for the whole body of Christ worldwide.
Additionally, Elizabeth is a dynamic itinerant speaker at retreats, conferences, camps, and ministry groups. Her messages bring faith and hope. Her motivational messages, encouraging stories, and scores of testimonies for all ages inspire others to know God’s goodness and His loving heart for their personal life. She imparts tools to help others through the storms that they may be facing now or in the future.
Her husband, Michael Johnson, partners with her in ministering to men and military families, offering sessions, and co-teaching. Michael is a veteran, transformational life coach, marriage counselor, and VA chaplain. He is also a ReBOOT Ambassador for combat recovery.
